Hi all,
I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

I wanted to thank you all very much for your help in getting iTunes off my computer. Still working on the issue - need to try the RevoUninstall yet.
Had a glitch - something I did recently made my audio alerts go away so I did a system restore. Obviously, some of the things I tried from your suggestions were reversed due to the restore. (Issue still existed anyway.) Will try recent suggestions later today. Have to run errands in Anchortown.
Yes, would love to chuck the whole thing down the hill - one problem with that is I'd have to clean up the mess - not worth it in the long run

Since my main system died a few weeks ago, it's time to do it again. Luckily, I was working on upgrading it to Win7, so I had gone through most of it and made note of all programs I used, copied keys and install files to another drive, etc, and was getting ready before the MB died from blown caps (I replaced them, but unfortunately it didn't work). Just need to try to find the energy to dig out an older motherboard to see if it works, and if not, try to find another 3-5 year old MB to replace it, so I can get the system going again.
