DH doesn't stand a chance when it comes to driving period Mad

He "slid through an intersection and clipped a car" in his brand new work truck Mad I know how he drives so I see it more like this "I wasn't paying attention and was speeding down a side street, I tried to stop but it was too late so I ended up clipping a car" Luckily no one was hurt and the other car just got scratched, but still Ranting

Bye bye cheap insurance rates, hello first accident on his record Frown It was all just a matter of time.

Yeah he had the cops respond to it right away, company policy. More than likely his employer will just foot the bill for the persons scratched bumper.

The other person didn't even want to have the cops out laugh out loud Apparently that person has frequent auto accidents

infest, when you say work truck, do you mean it's his truck he uses for work or a truck his work gave him to do his job?

I'm glad to hear about that but at least no one got hurt.

That's why I stayed home. People don't know how to drive in these conditions.

Ah, okay. Then going under the radar is impossible at this point. laugh out loud

Since it's his employer, I take it they're going through their insurance and not your own, right?

If that's the case, you might get lucky. Depending on the insurance company, they don't always run your MVR every year, so it might be a while before they find out. Grin

Yeah, they will if they have to, but they would just rather pay out of pocket than submit it to their insurance laugh out loud Nothing happened to his truck and the car was fine besides a scratch.

Good! They may not run it. It costs the company money to run it, so you might luck out. Grin

The company I worked for did NOT run MVRs every year, let alone for every renewal. laugh out loud

It's chargeable on your record for three years, they only found out about DH's ticket the last year, two years after it had been issued. Roll

Apparently not! Bleh

I should show my thanks to you appropriately.

I'm working on some photographic thanks but I'm having a hard time with the angle and the corn tortilla keeps rubbing against some very delicate areas!!

See all of you, tomorrow....
Rest well VFrog!
