I'm thinking this coupon printing software is/was screwed up by an update, either from Microsoft, Adobe (Flash Player), or Java, and they may be scrambling to fix it up... I guess you can try reinstalling your printer, reinstalling Flash Player, and reinstalling Java, although that's a screaming pain in the dick & you shouldn't have to do it either.

That error doesn't make sense. A multifunction printer with a proper driver is going to know what you're sending its way unless the software you're using to send the whatever is no good. You'd have to work pretty hard to get a scanner or a fax machine set as your default printer, and I can't begin to figure out how to set ONE function of an MFP as a default while ignoring the others.

All of that said--what operating system, what make & model of printer, what browser are you using, have you recently run a check for Windows updates, have you recently installed any other updates (Adobe, Java, etc), anything else changed on your machine since the last time you printed coupons successfully?
I've never printed coupons from those sites successfully. I tried once at Target a while ago and had the same problem and gave up.

OS - Vista
Printer - Epson Stylus CX9400Fax Series
Browser - tried firefox, chrome and ie

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I read the error message as saying that 'printer' was not set as the default function on the printer (versus fax, it's a combo machine). I can't for the life of me find how you would set that everywhere I look.

That's what I was doing, too, but I was still getting sinus infections every few weeks. I started doing it every day and I haven't had one since I started (which hasn't been that long, but slightly longer than I normally go without one).

I am soooo going back to sleep. I took the stupid melatonin, expecting a good night's sleep...and probably would have had one, if Jack hadn't woken me up FOUR times. For nothing really. He'd be in there whining like he felt bad, I'd go check, and he'd say he was just hot, or something silly. ONE time, he said his stomach hurt and I gave him something for that.
He whined and whined this morning trying to get out of school again until he realized I was making him go, then the whining stopped. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) No temp = you're going.

I am making lasagna for dinner and I have to make an extra today for my sister. Smilie Gotta get the house straightened up, too........after sleep.

I did! and I do! Whee I used a little extra hair goop this morning from my older stuff - the guy didn't sell me a styling gel and the conditioner/gloss is not going to cut it in today's humidity/constant rain.

Waiting for carpool to show up so I can dry it. I really like this stuff - it doesn't leave my hair feeling slimy, but it doesn't feel like it's not getting conditioner.

It's good stuff...threw one back last night and it did the trick...just don't take them late at night...you'll be hosed in the am if you do.

I've been taking it for about 18 years...it used to help but it doesn't anymore and it makes me dizzy, lol. Though I read it's supposed to slow down the aging process and I don't have any wrinkles or grey hairs yet so vanity made me start taking it again just in case it's actually helping with that laugh out loud
