Blonde highlights, no effects on camera (still looks darker than it really is)
"cool" effect setting, my hair looks more like this though towards the roots...just obviously not tinted blue. This is the only way I could get my hair to look as light as it does in person.
My camera hates me lol.

I want purple "highlights" just thin ones everywhere in my hair (foiled in). I did that with a very purpley burgandy a couple years ago and really liked it.
