Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

Can you download the pics in your email to your computer?
Or, you can try using the right mouse button to right-click on the pictures, and save it to your computer that way.

Then, you go through the same steps to post it here:

• Open message window
• Click paperclip
• In upload window, click browse to find the pic
• Click upload once you found the pic
• Come back to message window
• Click on paperclip again, then click on the image file below Manage Attachments in the drop-down box
(this last step inserts the pic into your post...you can skip this step and just Submit Reply, and the pic is on your post as an attachment)

Twinsmom, I tried to reply to your post, but they closed the thread.
The email didn't say what it was, just my bounus gift , 7 to 10 days. And, yes I got a email
for the leatherman. Marlboro should give all the bike people a camera or laptop.
Now that would say, they were sorry! lol!

Is that critter bigger than a regular mouse and smaller than a rat? If so, with what appears to be a short tail, looks like a vole. They remind me of hamsters - very cute, and a bit more meat on them than a shrew or mouse. My cat likes them, too. She also catches the shrew that I heard are poisonous to them - something in their brain, I heard. Fortunately, she doesn't eat 'em - just kills and leaves them on the driveway for the dogs to roll in.
I forgot to say what it was in my post! hehe
It's a 'pocket gopher'. And usually the ones he brings home are slightly larger than a squirrel, but pretty close.
(Man, it's a lot more work to quote a post from a retired thread!)

She caught a couple squirrels (that I know of). Haven't seen remnants of them lately -
When my cat catches a squirrel (and I'm not able to save it's life), there are no remnants! He eats the tail and everything when it comes to squirrels. He brings a bunny home every now and then too. 95% of them come home alive and well. But, he'll eat the whole thing on them too. One was about half the size of him and he ate the entire thing in one day! Took a LONG nap in between halves, but he finished it. Not a single piece left. Little bit of hair.
Hope y'all enjoy your breakfast this morning! hehe

Sunbeam electric blanket
Last year we got electric mattress pads. Works great. I turn it on about 10 minutes before going to bed. Used along with a light/medium weight down comforter makes for a very cozy night Wink

Where does he put these bits of animals? In the house?

Even that story can't make me lose my appetite for my insomnia-inspired chocolate chip banana bread that's sitting on the counter cooling. Who wants some?

This quote from the Snus Contest thread is, in my opinion, really good news about our netbooks. Even though the netbooks are taking longer than anticipated to arrive, it seems that they have upgraded processors, and memory that is both faster and a lot cheaper to upgrade to 2GB. woot

Quote from Danzilla :
Not necessarily. While the info online I've seen says the N150 and N145 both use the N450 processor with DD2 memory, the Samsung I receive(the "N145 Plus") uses DDR3 memory, which should mean it's actually the updated N455 Atom processor with DDR3 support. If you're wondering, yes I opened the memory door and checked for myself. One stick of Samsung M471B2873FHS-CF8 (PC3 8500, 1GB), and the netbook MB even says "DDR-3 ONLY" (under the memory).

UPDATE: Hard to find any information on the N145 on Samsung's site, let alone any updates. Everything I see says N450 and DDR2 memory. Still, the netbook's computer properties and under device manager both list it as the Atom N455 CPU, not the N450. I was already 99% sure because of the DDR3 memory, but now I'm 100%.
