Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

It worked out good. She quit that day and the next day she called the liqur store where my aunt had worked for years before she died and they were more than happy to have her work for them. Shes a manager now. She asked them why her check has said she had a .02 cent bonus on every check for the last 2 years. They told her it was a typo!!! LMAO

Yeah I am looking forward to the 30's too....and you know it's cold when you look at the 30s as a heatwave..LOL.

I have a friend who is stationed in Hawaii and she is always posting pics on facebook. I see those and get so jealous. LOL. But she hates it there, go figure.

I told my mom today its almost like a frozen hurricane!!! They call it thunder snow here because its a thunderstorm only snow. Even get lightning!!

just got back from being out in this weather for a few hours we helped 8 ppl including one poor guy that was stuck on the interstate by the manteno exit..I can say we werent the only ones out there helping was quite a few ppl..

You people who donated to me inspired me to help others

I can't remember ever having snow and thunder before in Chicago

we didnt quite get the 18 inches by me but had to be about 10 so far and drifts up to about 4 feet

Lexmark lasers are nice and cheap to refill generic. My first laser printer was an E210 bought years ago. Upgraded to a Dell1700n and 3100cn (both of which are made for Dell by Lexmark), retired the 210, gave it to my dad. The original E210 paid for itself many times over in saved printing costs.

I have yet to hook any of my FAR inkjet printers up. I print 99% on the B&W 1700n, the rare color on the 3100cn (which at at least 3 years old has yet to need a toner cartridge). If I ever needed to print photo quality, I'll break out one of the Canons from storage. But I'd rather not, as once you open them up, the cartridges will dry out much sooner than if sealed in storage.

I had my wife block us with the truck. I am so beat 2 hours and 8 cars dont seem like a lot but after 2 back surgeries I held up well. This was training for my 6 mile walk for March of Dimes
