Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Most of those blog giveaways are one-offs, but keep an eye on that site, she said she's boosting McCormick so she might giveaway more in the future.

I'm totally not up on the latest hardware. I figured I'd just quick research RAM specs once I received the netbook, so I couldn't tell you right now about the mwave RAM. I figured I'd start at the Crucial site, since their RAM is dependable and usually decently priced, and go from there.

They have a stick from "Hynix"that seems to match the specs, though I've never heard of that brand (which doesn't mean much, I haven't heard of a lot of brands aside from Crucial).

I wont push crucial. I have had more crucial memory fail on me. their warranty has not been good lately. used to be a great name. could always depend on it. not any more. I would look into other manufacturers first. just too much failure lately.

This place only looks to be a dollar or two cheaper than brands I've heard of before at B&M computer stores -- so not worth it in my opinion. A good deal is around $20 shipped or picked up; regular price is around $30.

I don't think I'm going to win any strudel either. I might have to buy some pop-tarts at the end of this contest out of spite.

i dont know if you saw my post from yesterday. my wife bought a box of strudel because i kept losing. so when i went to look for the box the box was empty. she and her son ate the whole box. they said that the strudel was really good.Frown
