Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

What are the chances -- got my netbook this afternoon, and I think my regular laptop hard drive just died. I tried to restart it, and its stuck in a chkdisk loop that shows a bunch of unreadable segments.

If you can get a hold of a copy of SpinRite give it a shot. It's saved me when I ran into a similar problem.

Yep, that is the names of our other computers. John is a PC. Paul is a notebook, and the newest editions are George and Ringo, the netbooks.....LOL
