Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

No problem what so ever!! Just an Alaskan thing in general. We used to be 2 hours difference from Pacific Time. Actually, Alaska had, I think, 3 time zones not too long ago. It was realized that when having to deal with the East Coast, there were not many hours in the day to do so. Finally our 'zones' were adjusted. Still, four hours difference from the East is kind of a pain.

The time zone thing in general can be a pain...but 4 hours difference...would make me have to count on my fingers! Big Grin

LOL! Too funny! Poms are pretty small, so the cat wouldn't have to be very big to tackle one. I used to have a rather large Russian Blue cat named Jack...called those little dogs "Jack snacks"!

UPS man was by with daughters netbook, unfortunately I felt good enough to work today so I missed him. He is coming back tomorrow, my daughter is home sick and if she can stay awake she will get her netbook and I will get a glimpse of what mine will be like. Very exciting. I got my netbook yesterday, and gave it to a co-worker today. When she opened the box I was so excited for her until she started to play with the computer, and then I got a bit envious. Now I have to buy a netbook this weekend.

My Daughter is going to give her netbook to her boyfriend who is in collage.He gave her a netbook for Christmas.
