Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

Nah, just Google and fast typing. I generally only have 3-4 systems turned on at once, I couldn't afford the electric bill if I turned on all 40+ (not to mention I'd have to rewire the house to have them all on at once).

So the sweepstakes junkie that I've become in less that 3 days I just got sucked into buying a years worth of Cosmo magazine because I'm just so stinkin' sweepstakes happy that I didn't properly read the directions and accepted the terms before I realized what I had done. Frown OH well - it will give me something good to read while at the gym. right? it will be ok? Wink

And $15 isn't a bad price to pay for a year of Cosmo is it?

A little of both, and packratting. I never get rid of computers. And I built an array of iPAQs specifically for coupon printing (that's how we spend about $20 or less per month on the 2 of us for food expenses). I think I have less than $20 in each iPAQ overall, and over time, I gathered 29 of them so far. And I buy at local auctions (though those I need to finish OS installs for, those were for resale to make a little money). A few were free, dropped off (illegally) at the local recyc centers, I just blew the dust out and added a component or 2 to get them running.

The most expensive part of it all were the 16port IP KVM switches and modules, but when I'm done wiring it, 31 of the systems will run off a single mouse, keyboard, and monitor, and be accessible on any other system via browser window, so it will be worth it.

This is way over my head. But I must say, it's great that you have interests that hold your attention, and still have time for these contests. The contests, in themselves, are time-consuming.worship

I might not need it, but yesterday I couldn't open up the SNUS Challenge on the Marlboro site and that concerns me because we will be on vacation for a couple weeks during the contest and I need to be able to access the questions. In a bit, I'll try it again.
