Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Well, I partitioned the way the rep on the phone told me - most of it on the C drive. I do not plan on saving anything really big, but will it hurt anything if I leave it alone the way I did it? I did get this notice that my solitaire game was a high usage game or something. the notice went away too fast - but that is because I only have the 1 gig, right?

Nope, won't hurt anything. The only downside is that some day you may wish you had the space in the other partition, but if your system partition is the larger than you can always throw data files into the other partition.

I have no idea what your solitaire message was, sorry.

I had skype running and then played the game. I did get a new mouse and it is much easier to navigate. That is as far as I got. I will learn. (I hope) Did you get yours yet? And, no boots?

Thank you. I'll check it out. Right now I'm researching ReadyBoost, which is supposedly part of the 8GB SD card that doesn't work but would have speeded up the netbook.
