Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

I am just now able to get on slickdeals today and saw this....I just registered my family members and myself for the snus challenge and only my son got invited to be on "Team Marlboro", and it was actually on the website. And that's not all, he also got to request a multi-tool (for no special reason, just like the coupons you just click on it). I am sure by now that numerous people have responded to this but wanted to go ahead and let you know how it worked in my experience.
My husband 30, and I 34 got an invite and the multi-tool, but I read the rules, and my life does not have time for 7 days away..I have a full time job already..Great Pay 6,000 for one week,..I wonder if they would let me give my invite to slick22 or Gary West cause without them we would have all been up a creek on the last challenge

Still not too sure what Snap-on is but I assume it has something to do with how easy it is to snap the tool on and off of something run by an air compressor??? Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

This will actually be the second Team Marlboro work detail. I happen to have video of the first one from someone on the team:

Yay! Snus Challenge is up today. How many got the invites for Team Marlboro? It looks interesting, but I don't know if I would want to go by myself. It may be fun, though.
the people who are invited to the marlboro team should tell marlboro they need to all play on the sub team of funny farm. this way you will at least know someone you are working with for that entire time. you would probably get more accomplished. lol

I was a Master Automobile Technician for 15 years before going back to college and earning my degree (and a place on the unemployment statistics) and can solve the snap on tool mystery. Snap on tools are very expensive and very well made precision tools for the automotive professional. They are only sold to auto technicians by Snap-On tool trucks that go around to all the auto dealerships and repair shops. Thirty bucks for one wrench, guaranteed for life, but they never break. Now you know.Big Grin

I used to buy a lot of Snap-On, Mac and Matco tools when I climbed telephone poles installing CATV. I even had the gold plated Snap-On screwdriver. I love Snap-On.
