I can send pics if you want to see how your toilet and shower drain run together within feet of each other - I just plumbed my basement.

As long as you let enough water run after you pee (so that your potty doesn't sit in the trap under the shower and get all stinky) - there is absolutely no diff. Now if someone wants to just open the shower door and just start tinkling, I would take exception.

What idiot would pee in the shower with a woman who wasn't his long time girlfriend or wife? It's similar to if a chick I just met lifts her ass cheek and farts. That's a deal breaker.
