Grand Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night Beaches Resorts Vacation for Grand Prize winner and one guest. Package includes: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and his/her guest from the major airport nearest winner's primary residence (as determined by Sponsor); 4-night's resort accommodations (double-occupancy as selected by Sponsor) at any of the following Beaches Resorts: Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa (Providenciales, Turks & Caicos), Beaches Negril Resort & Spa (Negril, Jamaica), Beaches Sandy Bay (Negril, Jamaica), or Beaches Boscobel Resort & Golf Club (Ocho Rios, Jamaica); food & beverages (excluding specialty dining); transfers between airport and resort; (v) standard resort amenities and activities; and $500 in spending money to be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner will have the option of selecting the Beaches Friends Forever Getaway Package at Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa provided winner can travel between 10/13/11 - 10/17/11 or 5/12/12 - 5/16/12. The B.F.F. Getaway Package includes several additional amenities, including a $200 Red Lane Spa voucher, a discount voucher to Beaches' specialty gift shop, a free photo and other items subject to Beaches Resorts discretion. The B.F.F. Getaway Package must be taken from 10/13/11 - 10/17/11 or 5/12/12 - 5/16/12. If Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on the dates specified for the B.F.F. Getaway, prizewinner will forfeit the added amenities associated with the B.F.F. Getaway Package.
Trip must be taken by 9/1/12 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Package must be booked at least 8 weeks in advance of departure with the exception of the B.F.F. Getaway. Blackout dates may apply. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are responsible for securing any and all required documentation for travel outside the 50 United States, including, but not limited to, a valid passport (if applicable). Guest of Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of AL or NE; 21 or older if resident of MS). All other expenses, including, but not limited to, gratuities, parking, additional transportation (including inter-island transportation), telephone calls, Red Lane Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours and excursions, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at Beaches Specialty Shops, not specified herein as included in the Package, are the responsibility of Grand Prize winner and his/her guest. Sponsor is not responsible for weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, inability of Grand Prize winner or guest to use the Package or related benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and/or any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with the Package or related activities. All aspects of the Grand Prize Package are provided by Sponsor with the exception of the 4-night Beaches Resorts accommodations, which are provided by Unique Vacations, Inc., worldwide marketing and sales representatives for Beaches Resorts.
