I found this Targus Sport Clamshell Case Designed for 10.2 Inch Netbooks TNC101US (Black) at amazon.com $18.98 . Is this similar to yours?

Also I read some post about upgrading windows 7 starter to home premium but can't find the posts now.
How can we do that? Thanks for all the help.

Here is the duffle and the pick of the bridge on the top of the site is the Aerial Lift Bridge it goes up when boats are coming in to the harbor of lake superior.

That link didn't work. But I did PM you on the other. I'd say go to Wal-Mart to see if there's anything you like. If not there, check online at Amazon or where ever (checking shipping prices, of course) and go with what your needs are.
