The dude seemed like he was bothered to have to do a test so early. Quite agitated. In his hurry to get me in and out, he seemed to have missed that I have an AWD vehicle and tried to run the test on his 2WD dyno. Needless to say, this did not work... And traction control started kicking in and locking things up...
Now, I'm hoping this farkhead did not just tear up my transmission that I just got fixed. I did some reading and apparently there's a high probability doing that can destroy the differential. He should know better. The last test I had, they did the idle test without hesitation (let it idle, get it up to ~2500 RPMs, measure the emissions). No dyno involved. I guess my consolation is that they will wind up paying for it if repairs have to be done.

Same here, but then my dad would tell me about how they use to run behind the trucks driving down the road spraying mosquito killer when he was a kid. Then he'd tell me to get back outside and suck it up.
