Problem: Agile team lead is a Yes man and promises delivery of a project by the end of march. That project should really be split in to 3 projects as is evidenced by the fact that the agile team now won't make their delivery date. I get pulled in to help out, and a week later upper management gets wind of the delays. Now they have declared everyone who has touched the project now works 12 hour days, 7 days a week until the project is delivered or caught up. Annoyed

Not really. This project could be finished if people did their jobs. I almost finished 10% of it today until I ran in to an issue and the programmers refused to pick it up. Funny how it doesn't matter to them since they don't have to work 7 days a week, 12 hours a day.
