Mine takes about 10 minutes. Step in, enjoy the water for a minute, wet my hair, spend another minute scrubbing with my awesome coconut shampoo, rinse, put in my conditioner, let it sit, wash all over, rinse, then use a cleanser/exfoliator depending on the day, also shave depending on the day, etc. Easily adds up to 10 minutes. 15 if I have to shave.
