I was prescribed some for my shoulder. Shit's crazy. I have to be careful though, because it seems like it hurts more after the meds wear off...

They gave me a bunch of it after my gall bladder surgery last year. I stopped taking it the second day after surgery, because I didn't want that to happen. As it was, I started having withdrawals that night, but the pain after surgery was practically nil and I didn't take another one for many, many months. I usually take half of one if I've really overdone it working in the yard, but fortunately that doesn't happen too often. Wink

Yeah, it's like your body gets used to the pain and the hydrocodone causes it to reset.

I'm gonna lay off of it for now.
