Hello, everyone. My daughter's friend is missing. From all reports, she ran away with her boyfriend on Monday, April 11. The last message that she left said that she was going to shut her phone off and throw it out the car window. That call was placed in Fond du Lac, WI.
I know this is a HUGE site and gets a lot of traffic, so I'm asking if everyone could keep an eye out for her car. It is a light green 2006 Ford Focus, Wisconsin plate 842 KDV.
Casey is 5'6, medium to thin build with shoulder length dark hair. Kris (her boyfriend) is 17 years old, a bit taller with shoulder length blonde shaggy hair. He is running away from legal trouble (I don't know what kind of trouble) but it should be noted that he stole a car 2 years ago and was found in New Mexico after 2 days. Because of that fact, they could be anywhere.
If you see them or their car, please call the police.
Here [facebook.com] is a link to a facebook page her mother created. It contains photos and more information.
Thank you for reading! I know her mother is frantic, and we are trying to get the message out so hopefully she can be brought home safely.

Are you saying that the stuff they are doing (running away from home / hiding at his parents house) is going to get him Jail Time?
So...(for all we know) he thinks his GF and him are on a vacation...going to Florida for a couple months to spend some time together...he thinks the GF told her parents everything and didn't want to be bugged by the outside world so they got rid of their phones.
Ok, its a stretch, but in no way is running away from home considered doing something illegal that is going to get them jail time...that is like saying he STOLE the girl (as she is a possession of her parents) ...this is all on the understanding that they are both willingly hiding, even if one is pressuring the other.
There was the slight mention of the boy stealing the car (was that a past charge?)...if anything the GF is getting herself into jail time since she is knowingly aiding and abetting a criminal.
Not trying to say this isn't hell for her family...but she is the one doing it / put herself into the situation. Just trying to take a step back look at the situation.

And yes, I know her being under 18 allows there to still be kid napping...but I am saying how can a kid (17 boy) kidnap a kid (16 girl) that is equally making horrible choices?
IDK...I think the biggest problem here is why don't the boys parents care? How different would the situation be if the 17 boy's parents were the one's raising the fit and making it seem like it was all the 16 girl's fault (and her parents just didn't care). [And yes, the page the mom is making does not seem to point any fingers at the boy, and can imagine how tough that is, but everyone else is easily ripping him apart]

But if he was 18, and she was 16 and agreed to go along, I believe that would still be considered kidnapping. If they didn't have her parents' approval...
Not positive though.
EDIT:
Also - I hope they are found soon! Hopefully everything is alright.

I don't understand what difference any of this makes. The girl is missing. The family wants to find her before something bad happens to her.
I hope they find her soon. I know how awful it feels when a child is missing.

she ran away… if she wants to go back she will, until then just let her be….

Let me guess...you don't any kids, right?
It's hard to just let them go. Especially when you know they are in a dangerous situation.

She's with her 17 year old boyfriend who is on the run because of legal troubles. That's not dangerous?
I don't think that posting is going to help them find her. However, I understand why the mother is doing it. You have to try everything.
Okay. To each his own.
IMO, any 16 year girl living on her own with no parental supervision, no money, and no where to live is in a dangerous situation.

Also, I don't get the RIP pages - are you talking about 4chan the internet group/rickroll people? Why would they get involved with a missing girl?
