There are three (3) parts to the promotion: The California Pizza Kitchen Instant Win (via Facebook), The California Pizza Kitchen Thank You Game, and the California Pizza Kitchen Coupon Offer (via Foursquare).
"Instant Win" begins at 12:01 am Hawaii Standard Time ("HST") on 4/19/11 and ends at 11:59 pm HST on 6/5/11. "Instant Win" Redemption Period begins on 4/19/11 and ends on 6/12/11.
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Florida Residents are only eligible to participate and win the "Game", "Instant Win" and "Offer" prizes redeemed at California Pizza Kitchen ("CPK") Florida locations only.

Participants may only refer persons with whom they have an existing relationship and who are eligible to participate in the "Instant Win". Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the participant that receives the highest number of valid votes, as determined by Sponsor, will be deemed the potential CPK Biggest Fanatic "Grand Prize winner." In the event of a tie, the first user to reach the tied number of votes by 11:59PM HST on 6/5/11 will be deemed the winner. INSTANT WIN PRIZES:
Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to any CPK city in the world (location subject to approval of Sponsor). Trip includes round trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence to designated location, six (6) nights and seven (7) days hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), and a check for $10,000 to be issued in the name of the winner that may be used as spending cash.
ARV: $35,000. Winner will only be taxed upon total final cost of prize trip. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, souvenirs, luggage fees, additional ground transportation, meals, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Travel arrangements must be made in advance through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice, at least thirty (30) days prior to travel. Trip must be taken within one (1) year from date prize is awarded and winner is confirmed or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18 years of age) unless child or legal ward of winner and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. If a winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. GAME:
How to Obtain an Envelope: Visit a participating CPK in the continental U.S. and Hawaii (excluding CPK airport locations, CPK ASAP Fast Casual Restaurants, the CPK location at the Mirage in Las Vegas, stadiums, universities and KOP Travel Plaza) during the Game Period and obtain an Envelope, while supplies last by: 1) Dining at the CPK location 2) Picking up a take-out order or 3) Without making a purchase, requesting an Envelope. To be valid, an Envelope must be signed and dated by the CPK server or store manager on the day it is received and should not be opened by the participant. Opened Envelopes are invalid. Limit one (1) Envelope per person, per household, per visit for the Promotion Period. When using curbside take-out order service the participant must enter the store to receive an Envelope.
How to Play the Game: During the Redemption Period, bring an unopened, signed, and dated Envelope to a participating CPK location on a different day than when received. A CPK Manager will open the Envelope upon request and the participant may scratch off the prize section. If the Envelope reveals a winning message, as determined by Sponsor, the participant is a prize winner of the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility, validity of the Envelope and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. All users must check-into the same CPK location within a thirty-minute time period. Standard wireless phone data rates may apply. See your wireless phone provider for pricing plan details. Game Prize Redemption and Notification: All "Game" Prizes must be claimed by close of business at California Pizza Kitchen Restaurants on 7/3/11. All potential winners of the Game Prizes will receive immediate prize notification instructions from a CPK Manager following the opening of their Envelope. Potential Grand Prize winner through potential Eighth Prize winners will be contacted via U.S. mail using the mailing address provided to the Manager at the applicable CPK location by the winner within sixty (60) days following verification of the winning Envelope, eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Potential Grand Prize winner through potential Eighth Prize winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where legal, a publicity release, within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance or prize may be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Fourth Prize (4): Four (4) Fourth prizes are available. Winners will receive a trip for two (2) to Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, California on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Trip includes round trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence to designated location, four (4) nights and five (5) days hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), and a check for one hundred dollars ($100) will be issued in the name of the winner that may be used toward ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel. ARV: $3,100 each. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, souvenirs, luggage fees, additional ground transportation, meals, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Each winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18 years of age) unless child or legal ward of winner and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. If a winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Each winner and his/her guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (including passports) prior to travel. Game Prize Redemption and Notification: All "Game" Prizes must be claimed by close of business at California Pizza Kitchen Restaurants on 7/3/11. All potential winners of the Game Prizes will receive immediate prize notification instructions from a CPK Manager following the opening of their Envelope. Potential Grand Prize winner through potential Eighth Prize winners will be contacted via U.S. mail using the mailing address provided to the Manager at the applicable CPK location by the winner within sixty (60) days following verification of the winning Envelope, eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Potential Grand Prize winner through potential Eighth Prize winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where legal, a publicity release, within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance or prize may be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. If prize is returned as undeliverable, documents are not returned within the stated time period or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. In the event any Grand Prize through Eighth Prizes remain unclaimed, they will not be awarded. The Ninth Prize through Eleventh Prize will be awarded in store during the Redemption Period using the valid Envelope with the corresponding valid winning message.
