Grand Prize: (2 winners) Round trip coach air transportation for four from the major commercial airport closest to winner's permanent residence to Orlando, FL on an airline designated by Sponsor, 3-nights hotel accommodations (one hotel room, quad occupancy) at a hotel designated by Sponsor, four 2-day admissions to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex; Family Astronaut Training Experience for four; Tour of Kennedy Space Center with veteran NASA astronaut designated by Sponsor; admission for four to the "Lunch with an Astronaut" program; and use of a mid-size rental car for 4-days (certain restrictions apply) from rental car company designated by. ARV of the Grand Prize will vary depending upon each Grand Prize Winner's permanent residence and airline and hotel rate fluctuations. In the event a Grand Prize Winner resides within 180 miles from Orlando, Florida, Grand Prize Winner will not receive the round trip coach air transportation portion of the Grand Prize and no compensation will be provided to the Grand Prize Winner in lieu of the round trip coach air transportation portion of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winners and their Guests must depart on same travel itinerary and return on same travel itinerary and will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations and travel insurance, if any. If a Guest is deemed a minor under the jurisdiction of his/her state of residence, that Guest must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No additional travel expenses or any other aspects of the Grand Prize will be awarded should a Guest's parent or legal guardian be required to accompany Guest. Grand Prize Winners will be required to provide a cash deposit or valid credit card at the time of hotel registration and all Grand Prize Winners will be solely responsible for any and all incidentals charged to the hotel room upon hotel check-out. Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates and certain restrictions. Each Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all ground transportation between airport of departure/return and Grand Prize Winner's residence, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies, Internet charges), meals and beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, personal incidentals and any other expenses not specified herein. Each Grand Prize Winner (and each of his/her Guests) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) as directed by Sponsor. Certain elements of the Grand Prize are subject to health and safety-related restrictions. Each Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests are responsible for determining whether such prize elements are appropriate and safe for his/her use. Each Grand Prize trip must be completed by 7/31/12 or the trip will be forfeited with no compensation to that Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If either a Grand Prize Winner or a Guest becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Sweepstakes prize package due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award; or (2) extending the period during which such prize may be awarded for a period determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner or Guest must prove such disability by a doctor's certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and Grand Prize Winner at Grand Prize Winner's expense.
