2012 Ford Focus ‘Drive With Purpose’ Sweepstakes ~ 7/31/11

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 6/8/11 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 7/31/2011.

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("U.S."), 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license at the time of entry.

There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes –

ONLINE VIA WEBSITE - Visit www.focusdrivewithpurpose.com during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the online entry form with the required contact information and submit as directed. ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 11:59 PM ET on 7/31/11.

ONLINE VIA FACEBOOK - Visit the Sweeps tab on the Southeast Ford fan page at www.facebook.com/southeastford during the Sweepstakes Period, accept the Sweepstakes Application and complete the online entry form with the required contact information, and submit as directed. ALL FACEBOOK ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 11:59 PM ET on 7/31/11.

DEPOSIT ENTRY FORM – Complete an official entry form, available while supplies last, at the Ford Drive With Purpose Tour Sweepstakes display at select locations along the Ford Focus Tour in Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Miami, FL; and Orlando, FL during the Sweepstakes Period. ALL EVENT ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE POSTED CLOSING TIME OF THE EVENT IN EACH LOCATION.

LIMIT: ONE (1) ONLINE OR FACEBOOK ENTRY PER PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS. LIMIT: ONE (1) EVENT ENTRY PER PERSON. LIMIT TOTAL OF TWO (2) SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES PER PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS.

One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize – A 24-month lease on a 2012 Ford Focus (ARV $7,500).

ARV is based on a 24-month lease of a 2012 Ford Focus and ARV and/or lease duration may change when 2012 information is made available. Lease is subject to all conditions imposed by grantor including 12,000 miles per year maximum. Winner is subject to credit approval from Ford Motor Credit and will be responsible for execution of and compliance with the standard form of "Red Carpet Lease" through Ford Motor Credit Company. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, title, plate fees, documentation fees, full-coverage insurance and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option not provided with the prize vehicle and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified. Winner must take delivery within 30 days of vehicle award date at a Ford dealership specified by Sponsor. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in Sweepstakes materials. Vehicle color, options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
