That used to be my favorite when I was a kid but I still make on that way just for kicks once in a while.
sour cream <-- You see that right there? On, not in.
I am currently addicted to salt & vinegar flavored pork rinds.
Occasionally I'll dip french fries in mayo. Anything but Duke's is
I also like peanut butter & cheese sandwiches.
This day and age the most exotic thing I eat is when my father makes steak tartar. Raw filet mignon ground up, topped with raw onions, capers, diced hardboiled eggs, finely diced anchovies and black pepper, served on a pita chip brushed with olive oil and a pinch of garlic salt and then toasted.
The weirdest thing i've ever eaten is beaver. I don't mean that as a sexual euphemism, I've actually eaten the animal. My uncle's friend trapped one in Michigan and we had it for Thanksgiving dinner, along with the traditional spread. I've had a lot of game before, wild turkey, venison, rabbit, and enjoyed them all but everyone just HATED the beaver. It was very very gamey.

Smells horrible, but so tasty! I think I ate my weight's worth when I was in SE Asia last year.
Probably the most weirdest thing I ate recently was this sea centipede shrimp looking thing. I think they're called mantis prawns. Very...different tasting compared to shrimp and lobster meat texture

One big reason:
not that i care what you people think.
i've been craving cucumbers, and since i hate the seeds, i've been buying those large suggestive phallic-shaped cucumbers known as English Cucumbers.
anyways, i've been peeling, slicing, and eating those English cucumbers with this Cajun Crab Dip that i get at Harris Teeter. i've tried getting other grocery store brands, but it's just not the same.
cucumbers and cajun crab dip
oh, and it's too expensive for me to purchase regularly, but thin sliced genoa salami and sliced brie cheese, on top of the Cracked Pepper Triscuits
i do
tomatoes diced
onion diced
jalapeno diced
lemon/lime juice
cilantro chopped fine
garlic minced
salt/pepper to taste
which is salsa right there
then to transform that into guac I add
sour cream
avocado
lime juice to taste (normally needs a touch more than the salsa did)
salt/pepper (again needs to be readjusted)
Mixing it with salsa is typical but thats not guacamole anymore, thats guacamole and salsa mix. lol and sour cream is usually not added to either but placed on the side..
Ohhh. I'll have to try that! I love cream cheese, spam, and bagels, but may have to add some jabeneros for a little spice.
