The kid has been tanning a bit on the lawn to prepare for going to the pool, so she doesn't get burned the first week she goes there. I see a bottle of SPF50 laying on the counter, and when she comes in I said "I hope you're not tanning with this!"
She wasn't, thankfully laugh out loud
I think she's using something in the 10-20 range for tanning.

I usually don't wear ANY. I was trying to better myself. Stick Out Tongue It's tanning cream, really. Last year was the first year I've had a tan in AGES. I usually burn and peel. Period. I liked the tan. I want it back.





FYI- taking the dog to the groomers for her bath...does NOT help the shedding situation.

I think Crisco has a higher SPF rating than 4. That said - I don't really burn even if I don't wear anything. I have to really overdo it to burn, and then it's a day of peeling and I'm good to go. Dontknow

Wow. Some of you will be changing your tanning tunes once a biopsy comes back bad and they start cutting pieces off you every year.

I've thought about that but, I don't really sit out tanning very often. I go to the Ocean City for one week each year and out of that week I might be on the beach one or two days. Otherwise it's just from being outside working in the yard/garden/etc. or just being outside. Dontknow Unless I want to start wearing suntan lotion every day I'm not sure what else to do.
