NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE RAYOVAC SIX FLAGS® SUMMER SWEEPSTAKES (THE "SWEEPSTAKES"). A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. If you do not meet all of these requirements or any other eligibility requirements in these Official Rules, you are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the Prize, and Sponsor (identified below) reserves the right not to award the Prize to you. Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Sponsor or Six Flags® Theme Parks Inc. ("Six Flags®"), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers, judges and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win.


TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (CDT) on July 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on August 2, 2011 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter this Sweepstakes entrants must "like" the Rayovac Facebook page by clicking on the "like" button on http://www.facebook.com/rayovac then click on the Six Flags® Sweepstakes link on the Rayovac Facebook page taking entrants to the Rayovac Six Flags® Summer Sweepstakes entry form. Complete the entry form and submit it. Limit one entry per person and/or e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one entry received from each e-mail address will be eligible to win.
No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entry forms will be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified as will entries generated by script, macro or other automated means. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account from which it was sent. The authorized account holder shall be the natural person to whom the applicable email address has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with a winning entry. Odds of winning the Prize (as defined below) will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Purchasing a product or service will not increase a participant's chances of winning the Prize.


DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, in this Sweepstakes, one (1) prize ("Prize") will be awarded. The Prize consists of and is limited to (a) four (4) single-day general admission tickets to any theme park owned or operated by Six Flags® located in the United States of the winner's choosing (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $59.99 each ), (b) one (1) Flash Pass for four people (ARV $132), (c) one (1) standard Family Meal Pack (ARV $49.99) and (d) standard one day parking pass (ARV $20). The total ARV of the Prize is $441.95. Prize must be used by the end of the 2011 operating season for the Six Flags® theme park chosen by winner. All Prize components must be used on the same day. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes and expenses associated with Prize award, redemption, receipt and use not expressly specified herein as part of the Prize, including, without limitation, transportation costs, lodging, meals, additional costs and upcharges incurred from a ride or attraction, gratuities, insurance, surcharges and other costs and expenses incurred by the winner and winner's guests in accepting and using the Prize, and all federal, state and local taxes on the Prize. Entrants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning a Prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem or use any Prize in the Sweepstakes.

Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, and not refundable, and must be accepted as awarded. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is awarded "AS IS" with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or prize supplier, or for which Sponsor or prize supplier shall be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Unused components of Prize shall be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsors, who reserve the right (but has no obligation) to substitute the Prize (or a component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof, including cash) of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.


PROCEDURE FOR SELECTING WINNERS: By August 8, 2011, Sponsor shall select the Prize winner at random using www.random.org from all eligible entries received. The winner will be announced August 29, 2011 by posting on Sponsor's Facebook page. The winner will also be notified by email in accordance with the contact information provided at registration in the private and secure form on the Rayovac Six Flags® Summer Sweepstakes tab on Sponsor's Facebook page and Sponsor will post the winner's first name and last initial. The winner is subject to verification. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrants' mailing addresses, e-mail addresses and/or telephone numbers. The decisions of the judges shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.


AWARD OF PRIZE AND PRIZE CONDITIONS: Delivery of the Prize will be made by September 5, 2011. The winner will be required to comply with all instructions in the prize notification letter and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within five (5) days of issuance. Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in a winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if the winner is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Prize winner will be selected. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the winner hereby consents (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the winner's photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown address, contents of the entry form and the name of the winner without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Liability for any applicable expenses, fees or charges not expressly included in the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. All taxes, (federal, state and local) are the sole responsibility of the winner.


GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, participant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR WINNER OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO SPONSOR, SIX FLAGS® OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PARTICIPANT OR WINNER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.


LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor, Six Flags®, and Facebook and their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents and the panel of judges (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and/or the Official Rules at any time without notification for any reason or in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical problems, security, or other problems, events or activities. In the event the Sweepstakes or any part thereof, is terminated early, Sponsor, may in its sole discretion, place a notice on the website and select the Prize winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of termination. Sponsor also reserves the right not to award the Prize in the event it receives an insufficient number of eligible entries, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Judges' decisions in connection with all matters concerning the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. If the Prize is not claimed in accordance with these Official Rules, it may not be awarded.


RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising from Sponsor's use or possession of participant's entry. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that the Released Parties shall have no responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or any Prize component and the winner agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims made by any third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including, without limitation, death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Prize, any Prize component or participation in this Sweepstakes.


WINNER: The winner's first name and last initial will be posted on www.facebook.com/rayovac after August 29, 2011. For a copy of the winner's name and last initial or a copy of these Official Rules, (please specify) send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: the Rayovac Six Flags® Summer Sweepstakes 601 Rayovac Drive, Madison, WI 53711. All requests must be received by September 30, 2011.


ENTRANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy which can be found at www.spectrumbrands.com. Entrants may receive occasional updates, special offers and other information from Sponsor and Six Flags® and their affiliated and associated companies about their products and services and your information may be shared with those companies. However on any notice entrants receive, entrants will have the opportunity to choose not to receive any subsequent notices.
