Visit any participating COSÌ® restaurant, purchase a qualifying entrée or beverage (as defined in the CosìCard® terms and conditions), and have your CosìCard® swiped by the cashier
Timing: begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on June 20, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 5, 2011
Limit: one Entry per person, per email address, and per CosìCard® per day.
Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and District of Columbia who are 18 years or older as of Sweepstakes start date.

Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: One Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets (for winner and one guest) to attend a taping of a VH1 music special concert or event in either New York, New York; Los Angeles, California, or such other city determined solely by the Sponsor, round trip airfare for winner and guest from a major airport closest to the winner's residence to a major airport in the event city OR ground transportation for winner and guest if winner lives within the metro area of the host city of such event, plus three (3) days/two (2) nights' standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for winner and guest at a hotel near the event venue determined solely by the Sponsor, plus a CosìCard® preloaded with $100 US Dollars valid for purchases at participating Così® restaurants. Grand prize winner is responsible for meals, tips, baggage fees, ground transportation, hotel incidentals, and any other expenses not otherwise specifically included in the prize description…Exact dates to be determined by Sponsor and prize will be forfeited if winner cannot travel on specified dates. In the event that the taping is canceled or postponed past the date of the travel, that portion of the prize will be forfeited and nothing will be awarded in lieu thereof. Approximate Retail Value: $1,750.
One (1) First Prize: One (1) First Prize winner will receive a CosìCard® loaded with 52 entrée points, with each entrée point redeemable for a complimentary sandwich, salad, individual flatbread pizza or Così® Duo at participating Così® restaurants (up to five (5) entrée points redeemable per day). Approximate Retail Value: $400.
Two (2) Second Prizes: Two (2) Second Prize winners will each receive one (1) $100 Ticketmaster gift card. Approximate Retail Value: $100.
Two (2) Third Prizes: Two (2) Third Prize winners will each receive a CosìCard® pre-loaded with a cash value of $50 valid for purchases at participating Così® restaurants.
