PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner and a Friend will both receive a summer fun shopping spree which consists of a $1,000 LOFT gift card each (Grand Prize ARV: $1,000.00 each). Total value of Grand Prize $2,000.00.

Four (4) First Prize winners will receive a Grab Bag of clothes with LOFT's summer looks for one of the fun outings (First Prize ARV $130.00 each). Total value of First Prize $520.00

Five (5) Second Prize winners will receive a $100.00 LOFT gift card (Second Prize ARV $100.00 each). Total value of Second Prize $500.00

TOTAL ARV of All Prizes is: $3,020.00


HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) methods of entry.

Method 1: Online Entry. To enter online, visit www.facebook.com/LOFT online, click "Like" to become a fan of the LOFT page, click the Summer Fun Giveaway tab, and complete the online entry form in its entirety ("online entry"). Upon registering, entrants will have the opportunity to share the Sweepstakes with others by publishing a post to their own Facebook page. Entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") Tuesday, July 5, 2011 and 11:59 PM ET Monday, July 18, 2011. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policies of the Sponsor and Ann Taylor, Inc. Limit: One (1) online or mobile entry per day regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address or wireless mobile telephone number. Although subsequent attempts to enter on a given day may be received, only the first complete entry received from a particular entrant will be eligible; subsequent attempts by the same person to enter, including entries submitted with an alternate email address, will be disqualified. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and Ann Taylor, Inc. and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Method 2: Mobile Entry. To enter via mobile phone ("wireless phone") visit http://apps.facebook.com/loftsummerfun/ by mobile phone, click "Like" and become a fan of the LOFT page, click the Summer Fun Giveaway tab, and complete the entry form in its entirety ("mobile entry"). Upon registering, entrants will have the opportunity to share the Sweepstakes with others by publishing a post to their own Facebook page. Entries must be received between 12:01 AM ET Tuesday, July 5, 2011 and 11:59 PM ET Monday, July 18, 2011. Limit: One (1) online or mobile entry per day regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address or wireless mobile telephone number. Although subsequent attempts to enter on a given day may be received, only the first complete entry received from a particular entrant will be eligible; subsequent attempts by the same person to enter, including entries submitted with an alternate wireless telephone number, will be disqualified. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and Ann Taylor, Inc. and will not be returned or acknowledged. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an entry via wireless phone, the mobile entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose name is on the account associated with the cell phone number submitting the entry.

All mobile entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM ET, Monday, July 18, 2011.

Important Notice for Mobile means of entry. Incomplete or inaccurate entries shall be deemed void. Entrant's wireless service provider may charge Entrant for data usage, and Entrant shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with this form of entry. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans. Entrant must be a wireless service subscriber with data usage and text messaging service, using a participating service provider in order to enter via this method. Not all wireless phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone and service capabilities for specific mobile internet instructions.

Method #3: Mail a postcard, including your name, complete address, daytime phone number and email, to: The Summer Fun Shopping Spree Sweepstakes c/o US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., 625 Panorama Trail, Building 2 Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14625. Each postcard must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Tuesday, July 5, 2011, and Monday, July 18, 2011, and received by Monday, July 25, 2011. You may enter as many times as you wish by mail. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and Ann Taylor, Inc. and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries.
