OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("D.C."), 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Submission Period
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: A 4 day/3 night trip for the Winner, their pet that appears in the winning entry photo, and one Guest to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to the 1-800-PetMeds headquarters, where the Winner's pet will have the opportunity to be featured in an upcoming 1-800-PetMeds commercial, and $1,000 spending money. Trip includes round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and Guest and round trip air transportation for the pet on Pet Airways from major airport closest to winner's home, hotel accommodations in 1 double occupancy room for 3 nights, and ground transportation to/from the Fort Lauderdale airport/hotel and to/from the hotel/1-800-PetMeds headquarters. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $3,000.
One (1) Second Prize will be awarded: One (1) Lifetime supply of flea and tick medication (as deemed appropriate for one pet). ARV: $2,000.
One (1) Third Prize will be awarded: One (1) Pet Gear product of your choice not to exceed $500. Available Pet Gear products can be found at here. ARV: $500.
Total ARV of all prizes: $5,500.
