Have McDonalds Plant a Tree for Free

Currently McDonald's is running a promo where they will plant up to 100,000 trees in America's forests. They will plant one tree for each code entered from the Apple Dippers that the kids can get in their happy meals. Well... we got two of them and discovered that the codes were the same!
