lucuma- it's a superfood fruit. The powder is supposed to be sweet, malty. The few times I used it, in smoothies/shakes etc, I didn't notice much of a difference one way or the other through using it as an addition. I'd pass on it again. A bunch of folks on FB were raving about it so I figured I'd try it.

that kinda explains the 40s and single thing though,
it's very sad. Unions will protect this through collective bargaining, which always blows my mind. UMMM, You WANT the guy who may be caught in a shootout with you to have the "right" to be a fatty? ummm, ok. Eventually said employee becomes injured on duty, many times as a direct result of their poor conditioning, and the municipality pays them MORE money than they make normally to stay at home (crazy state laws). Quite an incentive to return to duty, right? Your tax dollars at work
