Cali isn't a bad idea cuz there are lots of small towns there, hence lots of jobs. Plus beach Cloud9 I keep saying every year is my last winter here laugh out loud soon that will be the case. Plus I think the form of govt in my town may be changing, and I am not fond of the new organizational proposals, so I may be able to catch a lay off @ the end of the year woot

I think I'm suffering from almost three straight days of pressure washing everything on the deck, fence, and carport. It's not soreness, it's actually lethargy. Those zombies were deadly accurate, regarding how I feel. My eyes are only about half-open, even though I've been awake since 6:30 this morning, and had a good cup of strong French Roast coffee. Yikes!

I left work just after 5 pm yesterday, and a problem a group of us were working on just completely stopped being handled. I dunno what happened to the people in Los Angeles who were involved, but it's like they just quit after I went home. WTF?

I'm gearing up for a call to try and talk a client out of a code push that they haven't clearly thought through, and would wreak utter havoc on the reports they use for invoicing, because we've been chasing them for approval on the updates to the reports they asked for in April that include the new information from the code push Whee

The more you do for people like this, the less they appreciate it and the less they are involved. They're lazy, irresponsible, and blissfully (for them, anyway) ignorant. Meanwhile, it's their business and their customers who are being negatively impacted. About 500,000 of them, not some small number.
