Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions outside of the US) who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Limit one entry per person/email address per day
PRIZE: GRAND PRIZE (1): Four (4) day/ three (3) night trip for four people (two adults and two children ages 15 and under to winner's choice of Beaches Resorts. Luxury-Included® Beaches Resort package includes deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily and nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the designated airport. $500 per person for airfare will be provided by May Media Groupi LLc (inclusive of taxes and fees). Airfare is not provided by Unique Vacations, Inc. (Approximate retail value: $4,500.00).
FIRST PRIZE (15) Horizon Chico Bag (ARV $6 each) Total Approximate Retail Value all prizes $4,590. Grand Prize travel must be completed by February 1, 2013 or prize is forfeited.
