Grand Prize
Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night prize package to New York City for themselves, their child that was featured on the Submission and one guest that will include the following:
• Roundtrip coach air transportation from the major airport closest to the winner's residence to New York City. Prize must be redeemed between November 1, 2011 and December 24, 2011 but may be different (at the Sponsor's sole discretion) due to studio and/or photographer availability. If the selected entrant is not able to travel during the specified time, he / she will forfeit the entire prize package and the Sponsor will award the grand prize to an alternate winner. Travel restrictions and blackout travel dates apply.
• One (1) day photo shoot with Weleda in New York City. Winner (and his or her child) hereby agrees to perform all services required by Sponsor in connection with photo shoot. The winner (and their child) will be required to be at the photo shooting as long as is required to complete the process. The winner will be required to enter into and sign on behalf of their child a standard Model Release agreement or other agreements deemed necessary by Sponsor that will allow the Sponsor to feature the child's photo on the next cover of the winter/spring 2012 issue of the "we" magazine. The magazine will be published in approximately January 2012. The winner may also be required to be part of a promotional video on what it is like to be featured in "we." Everything produced or created as a result of the photo shoot and the promotional video will become the exclusive property of the Sponsor in perpetuity.
• Hotel accommodations in New York City for two (2) nights (standard room). Hotel to be determined by Weleda in its sole discretion.
• Winner also receive a CD with professional images of their baby from the photo shoot to use however they want.
• Roundtrip ground transportation from airport in New York City to hotel.
• Maximum of $350 to cover costs for dinner.

Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is $1,500

Runner-Up Prizes (10)
Each finalist will receive a gift basket of Weleda Calendula Baby Care, including: 1) Calendula Baby Cream; 2) Calendula Diaper Care; 3) Calendula Shampoo & Body Wash; 4) Calendula Cream Bath; 5) Calendula Oil; 6) Calendula Lotion; 7) Calendula Face Cream; and 8) Calendula Soap. Approximate Retail Value of each runner-up prize: $104.00.

Eligibility
The Weleda Raising Your Baby Green Photo Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) and are parents or legal guardians of a child who is between one (1) day old and thirty six (36) months old. Children of participants must not be represented by an agent or manager and must not be subject to any guild, union or other organization or agreement that would restrict or prohibit participation in this Contest. Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside or those living in the same households, whether or not related) of Weleda North America and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize supplier(s), distributors and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Promotional Parties") are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

How to Enter
During the Submission Period, visit Weleda's Facebook page, accessible through www.facebook.com/Weleda (the "Website") then 'Like' the page and click on the Enter Contest tab and follow the instructions provided to upload and submit your child's photo. You must provide a valid email address to enter. Entry into the Contest is free. Follow the instructions to upload a photo of your child a description of two hundred and fifty (250) words or less explaining how you are making green choice for your family and submit all required information on the registration form (the registration form and photo shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the "Submission"). All Submissions must be made before the end of the Submission Period. Once a Submission is made, you will not be permitted to change that Submission. Each Submission you make must be substantially different from any other Submission made by you. By making a Submission, you consent to receiving emails from Sponsor and assignees relating solely to the Contest. All photos must have been taken within three (3) months prior to date of submission to be considered and participant must be the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the photo. If requested by Sponsor, the participant must be able to provide proof in a form acceptable to Sponsor that he/she is the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the photo. All photos must be in standard photo format. All Submissions are subject to approval by the Sponsor, which reserves the right not to post or, after posting, to remove, a Submission for any reason.

Limit one (1) Submission per participant. Any attempt to make more than the stated number of Submissions by using multiple Facebook accounts or by any other method may void all Submissions from that participant. A child can only be the subject of one (1) Submission. Subsequent Submissions received for any child after the first Submission received for that child will be void. Incomplete Submissions, including but not limited to those Submissions that do not address the requirements set forth in these Terms and conditions, will not be eligible for voting or judging. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor for purposes of these Terms and Conditions. Submissions or votes generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means and Submissions or votes made by any means which subvert the participation process will be void.
