How Greedy? How many HP Tablets Purchased?

As you probably already know, there is a frenzy for the $99 and $149 HP Tablets. The thread in the Hot Deals is breaking records for number of posts and viewers.

Did you get one? How many (so far)? Doesn't matter how many are confirmed, just how many you ordered.

Are they for an Orphanage? laugh out loud

I'm hoping that with the newly saturated tablet market. Demand will tank on some of the Android tablets out there and we'll see a price drop on something that will continue to be supported nod

I spent all weekend trying to get just one, but was unable. Either the sites crashed, no one answered the phones or they didn't deliver to Hawai'i.
So, to all of the selfish people out there who bought so many, hoping to make a buck, I hope you get stuck with all of the extra.
My faith in humanity seems to lessen every day when I see how people react to events like this.

I haven't been able to even get one. I've placed two orders, but one has already canceled and the other is OnSale and may get canceled.

For anyone that bought more than 30, I'd be interested in getting one to cover your cost plus shipping.

Bought two 16GB from onsale on Amazon (might be cancelled)
One 32gb from PCConnection (waiting on conf email)
One 32gb from Zones (also waiting on conf email)

So we shall see.
If I get all four, I will be sharing them at cost to friends and family.

This thread is a good place to take a breath out of the HP Touchpad frenzy. Here's my order list:

2 x 32G from HPA: being processed.

8 X 16G from CostCentral: a total mistake, I opened 4 tabs and each added two to my cart. It showed two as I completed order on one tab, and BOOM...receipt shows 8 units. However, I don't see anything in order history now on CostCentral. I'm pretty sure it's canceled even though I have only confirmation email and no cancellation email.

2 X 16G from OnSale@Amazon: ordered pretty late. Almost sure it'll be canceled though I see "shipping soon" for now.

4 x 16G from BN: Current status "Unable to process, blah blah". Guess that's also canceled as I placed it very late. I was just trying to make good use of the gift card a friend sent me.

So now, I'm just hoping for the two from HPA and refund to all my credit cards. LMAO
