Sweepstakes begins on August 31, 2011 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 30, 2011 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
During the Sweepstakes Period, there will be thirty (30) separate Periodic Sweepstakes Drawings Periods and at the end of the Sweepstakes Period there will be one (1) Grand Prize Drawing from all eligible entrants.
Open only to Entrants who are either (a) legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the 50 United States/District of Columbia for the Sweepstakes and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry, or (b) Canadian
residents who are physically residing in Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are over the age of majority in their province/territory of residence as of the date of entry.

Once on the Page, a fully registered Entrant must vote for his/her favorite Blogger's room. An Entrant will receive one (1) vote per day. After voting, an Entrant will receive an entry into the Sweepstakes for both the Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period and for the Grand Prize. Each day thereafter during the Sweepstakes Period that an Entrant logs on to the Page, enters the Sweepstakes through the 30 Days of HGTV HOME link and votes for his/her favorite Blogger's room, the Entrant will automatically receive one (1) additional Entry into the Daily Sweepstakes and into the Grand Prize.
Only one Entry per person/Address per day (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person uses the same Address). A day is defined as starting at 12:00 A.M ET and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. ET of each calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period, except for August 31, 2011 which starts at 12:00 P.M ET.
Daily Prize (30 for the entire Sweepstakes Period, 1 for each Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period): Each Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period Daily Prize Winner will receive HGTV HOME Flooring by Shaw. This will be for one room up to 200 square feet (with a size of approximately 14 feet x 14 feet). The Daily Prize Winner may choose products from the HGTV HOME Flooring by Shaw Collection (including area rugs). The Daily Prize Winner may only choose one product per floor and may not combine two or more products. For example, the Daily Prize Winner may not select both a laminate floor and area rug. Each Daily Prize Winner must select and obtain the product from a participating retailer who carries HGTV Flooring by Shaw. The Daily Prize Winner will be responsible, at his/her sole cost and expense, for the removal of current flooring. Installation of the Prize must be completed by January 31, 2012. The ARV of each Daily Prize is up to $2,700.00 USD/$2,560.68 CDN. A Daily Prize Winner may choose to purchase flooring that exceeds 200 square feet. In this case, all costs including removal of current flooring and installation of new flooring will be at his/her sole cost and expense.
Grand Prize Winner will receive a $2,500 Shaw Flooring Makeover. The Grand Prize will be awarded in a form of a Shaw Gift Card to be used at any participating retailer who carries HGTV HOME Flooring by Shaw. The Gift Card will be denominated in US Dollars if the Grand Prize Winner is a US Resident and in Canadian Dollars if the Grand Prize Winner is a Canadian Resident. Grand Prize Winner Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the Gift Card. The use of a Gift Card constitutes the user's acceptance of the Gift Card's terms and conditions. Winner should read the terms and conditions on the Gift Card carefully. Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise and installation services and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Gift Card will not be replaced or replenished if it lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without your permission and will be voided if altered or defaced.
ARV for each Daily Prize is $2,700 USD/ $2,560.68.00 CDN. The ARV for all the Daily Prizes and the Grand Prize in this Sweepstakes is $83,500.00 USD/ $79,191.40 CDN.
