ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchasing a product or service will not increase your
chances of winning. Open to legal US Residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States, the District of Columbia or
Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry (the "Entrant"). Employees, officers and
directors of AutoZone Parts, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the "Sponsor"), its distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion
agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including, but not
limited to, the entities supplying the prizes herein as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and
parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and
directors are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is void in US
territories and possessions located outside of the United States other than Puerto Rico and where ever else prohibited or restricted
by law.
PRIZES: Seventy (70) prizes of $250 gas card gift card will be awarded. Prize will be awarded based upon the gas retailer
chosen by the winner at time of entry (subject to availability) and may be awarded in the form of multiple gift cards equivalent to
$250.00 as will be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion at the time at which the prize is awarded. The approximate retail
value (the "ARV") of each prize is $250.00. The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $17,500. No prize substitution, except at
Sponsor's sole discretion or otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of a prize with a prize
of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable prior to award and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are subject to the
terms and conditions of the gift card as provided by the respective gas retailer. Prize winners are solely responsible for any taxes
on the prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes. All prizes will be awarded. No more than the
number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

Page") and access the official entry form (the "Entry Form"). If you are already a fan of the Fan Page prior to 12:00 a.m. CT on
August 28, 2011, you may access the Entry Form by selecting the "Win FREE Gas Sweeps" tab found on the Fan Page.
INITIAL ENTRY: To earn your initial entry (the "Initial Entry") into an Entry Period, complete the Entry Form in its
entirety, including your first name, last name, telephone number (including area code), and email address. Then, click the
'Enter" button in order to receive one (1) Initial entry for the drawing associated with the Entry Period in which you clicked
on the "Enter" button. A limit of one (1) Initial Entry per Entrant per Entry Period and a total limit of seventy (70)

Aw, crud "There is no limit to the number of Bonus Entries that may be obtained per Entry Period via the AMOE Bonus Entry method." Bummer, really don't care for the unlimited entry sweeps.
