Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 15, 2011, and ends at 2:00 p.m. ET on November 20, 2011.
Only open to legal residents of the 49 continental United States and Washington, D.C. and residents of Canada, who are at least 21 years of age. Void in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the NASCAR After the Lap™ event in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 1, 2011, and a 2012 Ford Explorer XLT SUV.
Trip includes:
• round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV from major commercial airport of Sponsor's sole choosing near winner's residence
• two (2) nights standard hotel (double occupancy) accommodations at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV
• roundtrip ground transportation to/from Las Vegas airport/hotel for winner and guest
• two (2) VIP tickets for winner and guest to attend the NASCAR After the Lap™ event scheduled to be held on the evening of Thursday, December 1, 2011
• $500 (US) cash
• an Officially-Licensed NASCAR® gift basket
Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is USD $36,000, based on departure from New York, NY, USA. If Grand Prize winner lives within approximately 200 miles of Las Vegas, NV, Sponsor may substitute, in its sole discretion, round-trip ground transportation between winner's residence and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino instead of air transportation, and winner will not receive any substitute prize or compensation in conjunction with such substitution. Actual value of prize may also vary depending on final specifications for the 2012 Ford Explorer XLT SUV selected by winner. Winner may choose equipment and options for the prize vehicle up to a total retail value of USD$33,000. Color and equipment options are subject to availability. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value will not be awarded to winner. NASCAR After the Lap™ tickets are subject to the policies and procedures established by NASCAR®. Guest must be age 21 or older. Size, color, number and nature of items in Officially Licensed NASCAR® gift basket are in the sole discretion of NASCAR® and Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and guest must be available to travel 11/30/11 - 12/2/11 or 12/1/11 - 12/3/11 so as to attend the NASCAR After the Lap™ event scheduled for the evening of 12/1/11, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation and an alternate winner may be selected, from among all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting.
FIRST PRIZE: Ten (10) First Prize winners will each receive a USD $500 VISA gift card.
Attempts will be made to contact Potential Grand Prize Winner by telephone at the phone number provided in the entry beginning in the afternoon or evening of November 20, 2011. Sponsor will make up to five (5) calls to a potential Grand Prize winner within a 24 hour period. No messages will be left. If Sponsor is unable to reach potential winner during those attempts, that potential winner will be disqualified. Sponsor will then select and notify an alternate potential winner from among remaining eligible entries until a potential winner can be reached and accepts the prize.
