I dunno.. If a dude got operated on and made into a woman.
Let's see.. he would have no hips, totally silicone boobs, male skin, and the vag wouldn't be able to grab like a real one.
I think a blowup doll would be more fun and a lot less work.

I believe the hormones have an affect on the skin, and I'm not sure how accurate your last statement is. We've got muscles in that general area that can flex, I believe.

Ok, maybe the skin would not be as bad as I thought.
I dunno... we just have muscles to push pee out.. we don't have to push a kid out ..
I think the women are probably a lot stronger than we are there.

Actually the hormones will help them grow boobs of their own, and the muscles that guys use to pee are the same ones we use to pee and when girls do keggles (guys can do them to) it's the same muscle reaction as stopping and starting peeing so the muscles girls use to grab would be the same ones you guys use to lift your penis up and down...so I'm pretty sure they can grab and it's just a matter of strengthening the muscles...not super positive on that but pretty sure.
