You send a PM to someone you have never PM'd with before. It can be a n00b or a long-time lounger who you have never PM'd with before.

I did not. However, I did manage to finally get my pm box down below 250, so I could if I wanted. For like 3 days every time I deleted some, I'd just get more... I kept bordering around 96-98% full. Need more spaceeee!
