Sweepstakes begins on November 9, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 9, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Bonus Sweepstakes Entries: During the Promotion Period you may receive bonus Sweepstakes entries by participating in the methods listed below:
a) Tell A Friend Program: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to five (5) friends who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying him or her about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each referral of up to five (5) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes up to a total of five (5) additional entries per day during the Promotion Period.
b) Opt-in to Oreck email database: Follow the links and instructions to opt-in to receive future marketing and promotional communication from Oreck. After you complete the opt-in you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. If you do not wish to complete the opt-in or have previously opted-out you may receive an additional entry by hand printing your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "Days of Giving Sweepstakes," c/o ePrize, LLC, P.O. Box 5046, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046. You will receive one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by December 9, 2011 and received by December 16, 2011. You may receive one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes through the opt-in or alternate mail-in method of entry, during the Promotion Period.
c) Twitter: After you enter the Sweepstakes, sign into your Twitter account. Once logged into your Twitter account follow the links and instructions to post the following message "I just entered @oreck's Days of Giving sweepstakes. Click to http://urlhasbeenblocked/utJEKC & enter to win a daily prize for yourself! #OreckGives". You may receive one (1) additional entry into the applicable Daily Sweepstakes per day through this method, during the Promotion Period.
d) Google+: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you may receive an additional entry into the applicable Daily Sweepstakes by clicking on the Google+ share link. You will receive one (1) additional entry into the applicable Daily Sweepstakes through this method, during the Promotion Period.
Administrator will randomly select the potential Daily Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received from the applicable Daily Sweepstakes, on or around the dates set forth in below. Non-winning entries will not carry over into subsequent drawings. Administrator will randomly select the potential Grand Prize Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around December 19, 2011.
Grand Prize Sweepstakes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $10,000 check. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000.
Daily Sweepstakes: There will be thirty-one (31) prizes, one (1) per day for the Daily Sweepstakes.
Limit: One (1) Daily Sweepstakes Prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $23,639.69.
