Timing: begins on November 7, 2011 at noon Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 14, 2011 at noon ET
Limit: There is no limit on the number of times that you may enter.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded) who are 13 to 25 years of age.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (such guest must be a parent or legal guardian if the winner is under the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence) to New York, NY ("NYC") where the Grand Prize winner will meet Justin Bieber on November 23, 2011 (subject to Mr. Bieber's availability). The trip will consist of round trip coach class air transportation to and from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's place of residence (as determined by Sponsor), standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) for one (1) night, ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel, and ground transportation to and from the hotel and to the location to meet Justin Bieber (if such meeting does not occur at winner's hotel). The Grand Prize also includes a gift card in the amount of $200. If the Grand Prize winner's primary residence is within 100 miles of NYC, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with a car service or other ground transportation to the meeting and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,250.00.
