Rules & Regulations
Sweepstakes will officially begin on November 14, 2011. All current fans of Assured Environments will be included as part of the 5,000 required fans. No prize will be awarded and no winner will be chosen until Assured Environments reaches 5,000 fans. Once Assured Environments has reached 5,000 fans on the Facebook page at facebook.com/assuredenv then one (1) of the first 5,000 fans will be randomly selected to be the winner. All current and past employees are not eligible to win. Anyone not currently residing in our areas of operation (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) is not eligible to win. There will only be one prize given out and only once the fan count reaches 5,000 people. If 5,000 fans are not generated by January 15, 2012, Assured Environments reserves the right to cancel the promotion, without notice, and no prize will be awarded. Winners will be contacted through their Facebook account to be notified of the prize. If a response is not received from the winner within ten (10) days of notification one (1) new winner will be selected at random from the other 4,999 initial fans. This process will continue until a winner is confirmed. Assured Environments will announce the results of the results of the sweepstakes once the prize is distributed. Must be 18 or older to win.

Title should probably include that this is open to residents of NY, NJ and CT only.
Anyone not currently residing in our areas of operation (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) is not eligible to win.
