Every entry submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrant
For those who feel it is fair game to enter under family members' names, note the following: The name of the person submitting the e-mail address upon Sweepstakes entry must be (a) the name of the person who registered on the Web Site for such email address, and (b) the name of the authorized account holder of such e-mail address, otherwise, entry may be deemed void.
Timing: starts November 28, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends February 5, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET
Limit: one (1) Account per name/address/household. Limit one (1) online entry per Account per day.
Eligibility: YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT RESIDING IN THE
STATE OF AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI,

Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for four (4) (winner
and three (3) guests) to New Orleans, LA to attend Super Bowl XLVII scheduled
to occur in February of 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"). Prize
consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guests from an
airport nearest the winner's U.S. home to New Orleans, LA, two (2) double
occupancy standard hotel rooms for four (4) nights, four (4) tickets to the Game,
four (4) tickets to the Pepsi® Super Bowl Party (hereinafter referred to as the
"Event"), ground transportation between airport (in New Orleans), hotel, Game
and Event, $500 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to
winner) and four (4) gift bags ("Super Bowl Trip Prize"). Estimated retail value:
up to $14,000 depending upon winner's point of travel origin. Prize winner may
select a cash option in the amount of $8,000 in lieu of the Super Bowl Trip Prize.
The cash option shall be awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner.
Actual Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize cash option: $8,000. In no way can the
Super Bowl Trip Prize and the cash option be combined.
