True story.

I was busted big time last night.

He doesn't say true story that often, this time he did.

I took him at his word.

What crowd? Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) And does anyone really care? I mean really care?

I see posts in this place that totally throw me for this being a family site. Sure, people should reign in their children's internet usage, but this is still an open public family site. If I really wanted porn or sex talk, I'd talk to my husband and then we'd venture to a paid site or a site specifically setup for that if that's what our needs were. Kwim?

Kimber...no offense really...

If I took everything you say on here at face value than I would lose respect for you...but I don't hug

J is a nice person and I think you are reading way too much into this and being upset for no reason.

But he didn't say why he was in the dog house. He made implications, but I don't think he ever said it was sexual in nature...

Quote from J. Bourne :
Her last words last night were something like "you've got two hands, and you're going to need them more than ever" before she slammed the bedroom door.

Is this a bad sign?
See- this could mean anything... like the cooking example I gave. Maybe he insulted her cooking to a third party and he got ratted out- maybe it was a big dinner that she had spent a lot of time on and was really hurt.

I'm not upset. I am just a firm believer in that when are with someone, don't cheat on them. If you feel the need to do so, end it. I would rather endure the pain of a break-up than the pain of being cheated on.
As far as me personally, I've made it clear that I'm married and the mother of a small child. I behave somewhat naughtily here, but in the real world it's a much different story. I know for a fact that some of my fellow women loungers are in similar situations.
I rarely put my personal life on here for public consumption and when and if I do, it's a part of my life that I am prepared for both advice and criticism.
I've actually gone pretty easy on JB, because I don't think he's a bad guy at heart. I just hope he understands that being cheated on hurts and he stops or walks away.

I took it as cheating, and based on the tags in this thread, it appears that others did too. Maybe it's time for him to clear things up before it gets heated in here. Smilie

After reading thru this thread; I don't believe he specifically stated, nor implied it was sexual in nature, that led to the discourse with said girlfriend; it was assumed on everyone else's part, and though he may have let everyone believe that; and not disagree with that belief; you all assumed sexual cheating was the jist of this discourse.

Oh he's definitely implying it- that's where he's being naughty- never specifically saying anything, but there are definitely implications. The fact that he hasn't rebutted the assumptions is implication enough.

That's why M22P is right- he's just having fun.nod I bet he's rolling on the floor laughing.

Since he hasn't told us, lets just make up what he did.Big Grin

Let's start guessing what he did to get in the doghouse. Maybe he'll tell us who's right. Dontknow

Based on his "Depends on your definition of cheating" post, I'm guessing that he made out with another woman...kissing, groping...but no sex (not even a Lewinsky).

And, to any girl I've dated...YES, that would be cheating. Well, JB? Do I win?

Okay, I'll play! laugh out loud

I skimmed through the thread and there are hints if you look for them.

Has anyone else picked up on the most salient "facts" he gave us? laugh out loud

If you skim the last couple of hundred posts it is almost always the same. I can't believe that anyone could be that two dimensional in RL so I guess a lot of it is for entertainment purposes only.

Perfectly said! (Actually I think he owes you one dimension in change... laugh out loud )

I don't take much of anything JB says seriously. I'm not sure what possessed me to post something serious here. Perhaps it was on the the chance that there's any hint of truth when you read between the lines of the blatantly fabricated tales he weaves.

I regret it, though, because I didn't want to stir up any upset.

I can't say I picked up on an obvious theme, LA -- What do you think it is?

I do, however, wonder why he chose a dog in front of a pagoda for his thread image.... Scratchhead I wonder what truths can be revealed from the selection of that image? Perhaps he picked up a hooker on a recent spy mission to Tokyo?

Okay here's my guess. Jb is getting pervy pm's from someone ( and enjoying them and replying) and his SO saw the banter and is upset.

laugh out loud It's all in good fun. You do have a very good point though. I don't think it is possible to post 1000's of times anywhere and not show a bit of who you are. We have had a number of threads here on this subject.

I do think that he contributes a lot to the Forum. Who here hasn't signed on & upon seeing a new JB thread chuckled and looked forward to some entertainment?

Sometimes a bit of controversy goes a long way to sparking a serious exchange of different thoughts, ideas and opinions. I think that is a good thing. nod

Yes, if the one comment he made is true then everything else is crystal clear. nod
