Surprised nobody has posted this one yet! Looks like the first part of the promotion was a sweepstakes (already ended) and now they are running a video contest with weekly sweepstakes drawings for voters.

Submission Guidelines:
The title and description of the Video must be in English;
The description of the Video must not exceed 300 characters;
The Video must not exceed 50 MB;
The Video must be in any one of the following file formats: .mov, .mpg, .mp4, .wmv
The Video must no more than two (2) minutes in length in its entirety.
The Video, its title and description must not contain material that violates or infringes
another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property
rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
The Video, its title and description must not contain copyrighted materials owned by
others (including music, photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or
images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media) without
permission;
The Video, its title and description must not contain materials embodying the names,
likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without
permission;
The Video, its title and description must not communicate messages or images
inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to
associate;
The Video must only show the Entrant. The Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion,
may elect to disqualify a Video if it believes that the Video contains other human beings;
The Video, its title and description must not contain material that is inappropriate,
indecent, lewd, pornographic, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or
libelous;
The Video, its title and description must not contain material that promotes bigotry,
racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based
on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
The Video, its title and description must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation
of, or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Video is created.

Prizes:
Contest Grand Prize (1): One (1) Contest Grand Prize Winner will receive a five (5)
day/four (5) night trip to London, England, for two (2) people, the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (the
"Guest"), as set forth below:
i. Roundtrip, coach airfare for two (2) people, from gateway airport nearest Grand
Prize Winner's home, as selected by Sponsor, to London, England;
ii. Four (4) nights stay in a guest room, single room double occupancy, at a hotel to
be selected by the Sponsor in London.
iii. Return airport transfers to and from the airport to the hotel in London.
iv. A VIP experience for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest to the
PlayStation Everybody Dance™ studios in London
v. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) to reimburse the Grand Prize Winner and the
Guest for his/her expenses.
In addition to the trip, the Contest Grand Prize Winner will receive a deadmau5 Mau5head.
The ARV of the Contest Grand Prize is USD $16,300. Additional information regarding the
Grand Prize Trip is set forth in Section 12 of these Official Rules. No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be
awarded during the entire Promotion Period.
C. Total ARV of all Contest Prizes in the Promotion is $19,450

D. Periodic Sweepstakes Prizes (24 for the entire Promotion Period, 3 for each
Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period): Each Periodic Sweepstakes Prize Winner will receive one (1)
Everybody Dance™ PS3® Game, two (2) PlayStation® Move motion controllers, one (1) PlayStation® Eye
Camera. The ARV of each Periodic Sweepstakes Prize is USD $74. The total ARV of all Periodic
Sweepstakes Prizes is USD $1,776. The odds of winning a Periodic Sweepstakes Prize depend upon the
eligible entries during each Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period. No more than 24 Periodic Sweepstakes
Prizes will be awarded during the entire Promotion Period.
