Question
The "can't take it with you" edition for 2012.
How many orders do you think you'll place on amazon.com this year? In 2011, I placed 16 orders (which seemed low to me, but whatever). For '12, I'm thinking I'll be over 100. I'm already at 3, although it's being delivered in 4 separate packages.
I say every time you order something from amazon, you can come update it in here.
I'm at 3 on Jan 3rd.

I do use the Prime book checkouts and unlimited streaming all the time, however. DD has figured out that my Kindle can be used to watch some of her favorite shows, so I've had to hide it when she's awake.
physical orders: 17
physical/digital orders: 88
if i had to guess for 2012
physical orders: 24 (more orders for decorating the house)
physical/digital orders: 95 (lots of free apps, lots of copyright-free books)
physical orders: 7
digital orders: 8
free apps haven't been as useful for me and i learned that Amazon and others normally offer badly done free versions of books out of copyright so you'll "upgrade" to their properly done paid versions. as a result, i have found other sources for out of copyright ebooks.
haven't really decorated the house as much as i thought, and we've found that it's better to see the actual colors/feel the fabric/etc. in person before ordering, so we don't get a lot online.
I'm at 21 orders for the year (so far).

Would probably have had even more, but I didn't realize until late in the year that my wife had purchased Prime back in June or so...she didn't know she had it either.
