Prize: (1 winner) Two coach round trip airline tickets for Winner and a guest from a major U.S. airport (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities) near the Winner's residence within the continental US to Las Vegas, NV, on an airline of Sponsor's choice (unless winner lives within 150 miles of Las Vegas, in which case ground transportation will be provided and difference in ARV not awarded); roundtrip transportation between Las Vegas airport and hotel; 4-night stay at the Caesar's Palace hotel in Las Vegas in a standard room, double occupancy; two passes to the CinemaCon convention taking place April 23-26 at Caesar's Palace; two VIP green room tickets for CinemaCon 2012 Big Screen Achievement Awards on April 26; two VIP tickets to the CinemaCon 2012 Big Screen Achievement Awards on April 26. (ARV $4,740). Winner and guest must be able to travel on or about April 23-26, 2012. Hotel stay must be booked for four consecutive nights during the CinemaCon Convention and will not be valid for another trip.

If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Grand Prize without a guest, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

Air carrier(s) and hotel are at the sole discretion of Sweepstakes Entities. The actual value of the travel portion may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and hotel charges at the time of travel. Therefore, the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. Grand Prize elements will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable except at Sponsor's sole discretion. No substitution allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The Prize will be awarded provided that it is validly claimed by April 2, 2012, after which no alternate winner will be selected, nor unclaimed Prize awarded. All taxes are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of Grand Prize winner for the actual value of the Grand Prize received. Passes and tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.

All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of the Grand Prize package, and are solely the Grand Prize winner's responsibility, including, but not limited to: hotel taxes, round trip transportation between the Grand Prize winner's residence and any airport of origin, additional ground transportation at the Grand Prize winner's destination, travel insurance, excursions, room service, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, and any changes made to either of these after booking will be at the sole expense of the Grand Prize winner; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Trip must be taken on or about April 23-26, 2012 in conjunction with CinemaCon award show. Hotel stay must be booked for four (4) consecutive nights during the CinemaCon Convention and will not be valid for another trip. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and be responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Grand Prize winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Grand Prize winner and guest will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability form prior to ticketing. Grand Prize winner's guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to attend all events.
