TO ENTER: Between October 8, 2011 and June 30, 2012 (the "Entry Period"), there are two (2) ways to enter: 1) Visit www.ChevyDrivesChicago.com and follow the directions to complete and submit the official entry form. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CDT on June 30, 2012 to be eligible. Or, 2) Visit the Chevrolet Display at participating events (each, an "Event") and complete the entry form, available while supplies last, and deposit it in the designated entry box. All entries must be received by the specified deadline at the applicable Event to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per household, regardless of method entry. Multiple entries received from any one person, e-mail address or household after the first entry received from that person, email address or household will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be held on or about July 10, 2012 by Sponsor from all eligible entries received. Odds of being selected as a winner depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner need not be present at drawing to win. Sponsor will attempt to notify Winner by either phone or email at Sponsor's discretion, based on contact information provided in entry. Entrants are solely responsible for providing Sponsor with accurate and updated information. Winner must acknowledge acceptance of their prize to Sponsor within 72 hours of Sponsor's attempted notification, and may be required to complete and return within such time period an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release. Winner may not assign its right to receive the prize. If, for any reason, the potential Winner is ineligible, unable or unwilling to take delivery of the vehicle or alternate cash prize, then the potential Winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize and an alternate Winner may be selected by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion at random from among all remaining entries; in such event, the disqualified potential Grand Prize Winner will not be awarded any prize.

GRAND PRIZE: A 2012 Chevy Chicago Blackhawks Themed Camaro Convertible. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $45,000. Any options not included as part of the equipment, registration, title, licensing fees, taxes (including, but not limited to, sales taxes and income taxes), insurance and costs associated with the vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner does not have the choice of color or options. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within (30) days of notice of availability from a Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana Chevy dealership at a time and date to be determine by the Winner with approval of the Sponsor. Grand Prize is non-transferable; The Chevy Camaro vehicle will have been used and will be awarded in "as is" condition. The vehicle will have accrued mileage, although actual mileage on the Camaro cannot be determined prior to the awarding of the vehicle. Any difference between the stated value and actual value of the prize will not be awarded to the winner. Winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, the following: (i) all taxes, including but not limited to, income, federal, state and local taxes; (ii) insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment; and (iii) any additional costs and expenses not described herein as being awarded. The winner must have a valid U.S. driver's license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, and other specifics will be at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Grand Prize winner may elect to receive alternate cash prize of $12,000 in lieu of vehicle.
