By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements of the winners.

TO ENTER: Between 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 and 11:59 P.M. ET on Saturday, January 28, 2012 ("Entry Period"), visit www.facebook.com/FIJIWater and follow the directions provided therein to enter any required information, and submit. All entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. ET on Saturday, January 28, 2012 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for the entire Entry Period. No purchase necessary. Entries received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about January 29, 2012 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified on or about January 30, 2012 by phone, mail and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner selected. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, or if any potential winner refuses their prize, at Sponsor's discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Further, Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover prizes at its sole discretion.

PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (1): The winner will receive the following: (i) two (2) $500 travel vouchers for travel to Los Angeles, CA by winner and one (1) guest; (ii) two (2) nights, three (3) days hotel accommodations for two (2) at the W Hotel in Hollywood, CA (weekend nights only); (iii) $300 cash for ground transportation in Los Angeles, CA and any other travel expenses; (iv) one (1) Marchesa dress (dress and style subject to availability); (v) one (1) month free membership at Equinox and $120 Equinox Spa gift certificate (does not include EQUINOX "E Clubs" in Greenwich, CT and Columbus Circle in New York, NY); (vi) one (1) "Complete Hair Styling Experience" at the Angus Mitchell Salon in Beverly Hills, CA; (vii) dinner for two (2) at Public Restaurant in the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles, CA; and (viii) one (1) year of FIJI Water Home Delivery. The guest of winner must be at least 18 years old (unless winner is the parent/legal guardian of the guest) and must execute and return a liability release and, where legal, publicity release prior to prize award. If guest is a child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return a release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Actual value of prize will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Travel must be taken on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. All travel accommodations and other arrangements (as applicable) will be made solely by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion, and are subject to the terms and conditions of such providers. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, Sponsor, at its sole option, may substitute ground transportation for round-trip air travel. Sponsor does not guarantee the delivery of a Marchesa dress. In the event Sponsor is unable to award the Marchesa dress, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, the remainder of the prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Any prize components that are not utilized will be forfeited. All travel expenses not specifically listed in these Official Rules are winner's responsibilities. All prizes are awarded by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and any other expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prizes not specified herein as being awarded.
